For Your Convenience
Appointments can be scheduled throughout the day, including the evening. We also have Saturday hours available. We respect your time and try to stay on schedule. We ask the same courtesy of our patients. Please give us 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. Failed appointments contribute to the cost of your treatment. Our office complex offers plenty of off street parking.
Emergency Care
If you are experiencing pain, swelling, or trauma, you will generally be seen on the same day as you call. A level of treatment will be provided to relieve the discomfort or control the swelling. Generally, additional follow-up appointments will then be set up to provide more definitive treatment if needed.
Financial Considerations
We recognize the need for complete understanding between the patient and our office regarding financial arrangements for dental care. It is our office policy that you pay for your first visit in full. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Master card. Payment arrangements are handled on an individual basis for extensive treatment plans when discussed in advance.
If you have insurance, please bring a completed form to your first visit. We will be happy to assist you so that you may receive the maximum benefits available to you. We ask that you read your policy to be fully aware of its benefits and limitations, realizing that insurance plans do not always completely cover dental fees. We remind you that it is your responsibility to pay all deductibles, co-insurance, or any other balance not covered by your insurance company. The financial arrangements are made with you and not your insurance company.
